Site development for Goose Creek Preserve, a joint venture project between Lennar Homes and Brookfield Homes, near Leesburg, VA. The Anderson Company's residential division was the successful bidder for the first of many phases of work on the project. The initial scope of work includes moving over 500,000 cubic yards of dirt and rock, installation of 27,000 feet of storm, sanitary and water mains, 12,000 feet of curb and 25,600 SY of paving to build both spine and subdivision roads. Work proceeded on schedule through the efforts of a hard working team. Over 10,000 cubic yards of dirt and rock were moved daily in order to stay ahead of the utility crews.
